Description: HERE IT IS this is pretty much THE fundamental aspect of Kaoru's powers as a Mindbreaker. Mind control and soul-sensing is great and all, but what makes a Mindbreaker unique from other psychics in her world is their ability to manipulate other people with powers.
Basically, Mindbreakers can regulate the power levels of others; they can tap into all of a person's hidden potential and strength and essentially boost their personal power cap immensely. On the other end of the spectrum, she can bind or shut their abilities off completely, rendering them powerless.
This ability makes Mindbreakers very dangerous to other psychics, and also very, very valuable if they can get one on their side. And canonly, Kaoru is really powerful even compared to other Mindbreakers.
So, basically, she's OP af.
